The app does not find my air conditioner
Check that the air conditioner already works in the SmartHome (MSmartHome) app, and that your iPhone or Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network. On iPhone, allow AirDial in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.
Sign-in fails
Use the same email and password as in the SmartHome app.
The air conditioner shows as not reachable
AirDial works on your home network only. Away from home, or on a guest network, the unit cannot be reached.
The Dynamic Island does not appear
It needs the Dynamic Island purchase (or a pack that includes it) and Live Activities turned on for AirDial in Settings. It shows when the app is in the background.
I bought something and it is locked
Open the purchase screen (the sparkles button) and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are valid on iPhone and Mac with the same Apple Account.

For anything else, open a request and describe your air conditioner model and what happens.

AirDial funziona solo sulla rete di casa. Fuori casa, o su una rete ospiti, il condizionatore non è raggiungibile.
La Dynamic Island non compare
Servono l'acquisto Dynamic Island (o un pacchetto che lo include) e le Attività in tempo reale attive per AirDial in Impostazioni. Compare quando l'app è in secondo piano.
Ho comprato qualcosa ma è bloccato
Apri la schermata degli acquisti (il pulsante con le scintille) e tocca Ripristina acquisti. Gli acquisti valgono su iPhone e Mac con lo stesso Apple Account.
